Most people get their windows cleaned on a quarterly basis. Some more often depending on how close to the ocean they live. Gutters are usually cleaned out every 6 months to keep everything flowing smoothly. Again, some more often depending on how many trees surround them, As for solar panels, 1 per year is the norm.

The solution I use in my water is 100% biodegradable. I use 2 solutions in my water. The first is Earth Choice washing up liquid. This cuts through the dirt and grease on the windows. The second is called GG4, which helps soften the water and allow my squeegee to slide better on the glass. Combined, these two products are my secret solution.

I strive to be on time every time. If you make a booking for 9am, I will send you a reminder the day before the clean either by text massage or email (whichever you prefer). If I am running a little late or early, I will call and let you know so you are not waiting and wondering.
